A Message from the Director

Hello and welcome to our web pages describing our Population Care Coordinator Program.

Our innovative and interactive curriculum has been highly rated by our participants. We understand that each organization has different needs thus if there are topics that you need added to the curriculum we have ready access to faculty who can develop and teach that content.

Participants in our program typically work while completing the certificate program. Our experience to date indicates that participants need about 10 to 12 hours a week devoted to class work. What we like is that those in our program have reported that what they are learning is immediately useful and applicable!
