Post-Graduate Certificate

The Post-Graduate Certificate program at the Duke University School of Nursing provides opportunities for students who already have a master's degree to gain specialized knowledge within any of the majors offered by the School of Nursing.

The program is open to registered nurses who possess a master's degree from an NLNAC- or CCNE-accredited nursing school, or who possess a master's degree in another discipline acceptable to the specialty faculty.

The number of credits required to complete the certificate program varies by major; the student must successfully complete the required courses in the chosen nursing major.
