The School of Nursing has three applications for the various enrollment options available. Please use the link for the application you wish to complete:
- Apply online now for the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program, the Master of Science in Nursing degree program, the Doctor of Nursing Practice degree program, or certificate programs.
- Apply now for the non-degree enrollment option, which is also for students who are interested in the Orthopedics or HIV Certificate programs.
- Apply online now for the PhD degree program. Visit the Duke Graduate School's website for more information about PhD application dates and deadlines.
