New Student Orientation

New student orientation for Spring 2013 was held on Monday, January 7, 2013. The recorded sessions can be found in the blue box to the right of this page.

New Student Orientation provides an opportunity for students to connect with fellow peers, faculty, and staff who will embark on this exciting journey with you. You will also learn more about student resources that are available to assist you during your time here as a student. The general New Student Orientation for all students is scheduled for Tuesday, August 20, 2013. The ABSN and DNP Programs will have program-specific orientation days as well. Your attendance at New Student Orientation is strongly recommended (mandatory for ABSN students). Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided by the School of Nursing on the general new student orientation day. Attendance at the program-specific orientations is required for ABSN and DNP students. Please see the schedule below for the additional dates and times.
