Duke Employee Benefits
Employee tuition assistance programs are available to Duke University Health System employees who attend, or who graduated from, the Duke School of Nursing.
Duke RN Tuition Assistance Program (RNTAP) funds up to 90% of tuition before taxes for registered nurses employed at least one year by Duke University Health System in return for an employment commitment. This program is administered through the Office of Special Programs in DUHS Nursing Administration, who may be reached at (919) 668-6194 or RNprograms@duke.edu. Duke Employee Tuition Assistance Program provides up to $5,250 annually in reimbursement of tuition for classes taken at Duke and other higher education institutions located within North Carolina. This program is administered through Duke University Human Resources.
