Provide a written statement addressing why you were unable to meet one or more of the financial aid satisfactory academic progress requirements (GPA, pace, and maximum time frame). Your statement must include:

• Why you were unable to meet the requirements

• What has changed or steps you have taken to ensure future financial aid SAP success

• Academic goals for each period (e.g. number of credit hours and/or cumulative GPA) that will enable you to meet the requirements of academic progress at a specified future point in time

Only complete appeals with all supporting documentation will be reviewed and considered. Appeals will be reviewed by the Director of Financial Aid with decisions made by the Associate Dean, Finance and Administration and Associate Dean, Academic Affairs. Appeal decisions will be communicated by email.
