Payroll Deduction Information 

 

 
Payroll Deduction
Students who are on the Duke University payroll may have all or a part of the balance due on the statement deducted from their paycheck.
 
 
To request a payroll deduction, complete the Payroll Deduction Information Request. For students on the monthly payroll, all requests submitted by the 20th of the month will have the first deduction taken on the 25th of the following month. For students paid bi-weekly, the deduction will be taken on the next paycheck three weeks after the form is submitted.
