History of the RMTThe Research Management Team (RMT) was established in 2000 by Drs. Elizabeth Clipp, Ruth Anderson and Eleanor McConnell to provide research operations support for the Trajectories of Aging and Care (TRAC) P-20 Center, an NINR Grant awarded to the Duke University School of Nursing. Since its inception, the RMT concept has been shown to be useful to both new and established nurse scientists by providing them with readily available, trained and experienced research staffing. DUSONs continues to operate as part of the Office of Research Affairs. The combined team has over 30 years of valuable experience with nursing interventions and research studies. |
