"Suzy has been a model employee, participating in SAWAC, and always willing to lend an extra hand. For example, Suzy volunteered to hand out programs at the DUSON Graduation Ceremony. As Suzy is moving to Michigan this summer, she has looked out for the best interests of the research studies that coordinates, making sure that no detail is left unsettled for the people who’ll be assuming her responsibilities. Having observed Suzy interact with her research participants, she does so in a way that makes them feel respected and valued at all times. She consistently produces the highest quality of work, ensuring that colleagues are aware of pressing needs relating to research and innovation. Suzy does what it takes to get the job done as a research coordinator with a great attitude, even when faced with adversity. For these reasons, I would love if Suzy could be “sent off” with a DUSON Commitment to Excellence Award. She will be missed, and her excellence and commitment to DUSON should be recognized forever through this award."
