"I would like to nominate Jeffrey Clark for this award. He is so kind when dealing with faculty and staff. I had an issue with Outlook that had been going on for a year. He spent a day turning over every stone to try and resolve the issue. When he couldn’t resolve it, he left the ticket open and continued to research a solution. Every couple of days he would let me know he was still working on it. Within a couple of weeks after opening the ticket he figured out the problem and came to my rescue. I really appreciate how hard he works and his persistence in solving problems. He also gave me a new keyboard because the keys were sticking and upgraded my software. I felt like I had won the lottery. I admire Jeffrey’s ease in handling complex computer issues and the people that come with those problems. He is exceptional!" ~ Susie Watson,
