"I would like to nominate Jill Cordell for a Commitment to Excellence Award. She has brought the Financial Aid Office out of the ashes by improving everything about how this office is run. Our survey ratings have gone from a 36% approval rating (before Jill) to an 87% approval rating since Jill's arrival. She has worked tirelessly to streamline our processes which has improved the efficiency of the office and saves the counselors time that can now be devoted to the care of the students. Our students now have phone call and email responses within the hour. Her leadership has pushed the staff to aim for the highest level of customer service possible and our survey responses tell the story. Many of our students wrote in our most recent survey that we are the best office in the school. This is all because of the excellent leadership Jill has provided. Jill has earned our highest respect and is much loved by her staff and we are honored to be working with her."
