DUSON Announces Participants of New Emerging Leaders Program

Duke University School of Nursing is proud to announce the 11 staff members chosen to participate in the inaugural Emerging Leaders Program. The goal of the program is to identify and develop DUSON staff by helping them prepare themselves to advance in their careers. The program was created through a collaboration between School of Nursing Human Resources and the Learning and Organizational Development Office. It focuses on helping participants expand their understanding of their leadership capacity and develop the skills that will help set the stage for their future career success.

Participants of the inaugural cohort are as follows:

Eric Bloomer, senior program coordinator for the DNP Program Raymond Brisson, simulation technology specialist for the Center for Nursing Discovery Wendy Conklin, finanical management analyst II for the Business Office Keysha Hall, senior staff assistant for Division III Nora Harrington, admissions officer II for the Office of Admissions Chloe Hayim, senior financial aid counselor for the Office of Financial Aid Jennifer Higgins, operations coordinator for the Center for Nursing Research Libby Joyce, director for the DUSON Institutional Research Najla McClain, senior program coordinator for the MSN Program Carla Nichols, information technology manager for DUSON IT Belinda Wisdom, senior program manager for the Office of Global and Community Health Initiatives
