"I would like to nominate Tina Leiter for a Commitment to Excellence Award. Tina has been instrumental in helping with room set up for the many meetings/events that require different room configurations. She takes the time to meet with you so that she understands your event and is able to offer suggestions based on her experience and her input is so incredibly valuable. I can always count on Tina to remember something I’ve forgotten or give me a different way to think about how an event should be set up. She never makes you feel like you are asking too much and displays a willingness to make sure your event or meeting is as successful as it should be - she’ll go the extra mile. After meeting with her to discuss an event or meeting, my mind is always at ease. She was especially instrumental with the set up for the DUSON strategic planning meetings, which were so important for the school. I appreciate her for all she does."

"I would like to nominate Selnatta Vereen for a Commitment to Excellence Award. She has gone above and beyond for research hiring lately. In the last two weeks, she has helped us recruit, hire and get started: two temporary positions, two full-time positions, one part-time position and seven students, and that is just for research. This has required a great deal of work on her part and she was great about letting us know where things were in the process and if there were any challenges or issues holding things up. All of the positions we hired had tight turnaround times due to funding, study start-up and training needed. We could not have done it without her. Thank you Selnatta!"
