The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has launched a new website (https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/) for international travelers who are interested in applying for a Trusted Traveler Program to allow expedited processing into the USA.  Depending upon your travel needs, the Department of Homeland Security has several different Programs. • TSA PreCheck  (expedited screens at participating airports)
• Global Entry (expediting processing through CBP at airports and land borders upon arrival into the USA)
• NEXUS (for travel between the US and Canada)
• SENTRI (for travel into the US from Mexico)

The Yellow Fever Vaccine (YF-VAX) Shortage continues. The CDC collaborated with Sanofi Pasteur on a plan to distribute limited quantities of Stamaril yellow fever vaccine to prevent people from becoming infected by the virus until YF-VAX production resumes at a new facility in 2018.  Designated US clinical sites will distribute Stamaril® to International travelers going to countries with visa requirements for proof of yellow fever vaccination.
