"I would like to recommend Tiffiany Parker for a commitment to excellence award. Her performance as staff assistant is exceptional in both performance of job responsibilities and behaviors demonstrated. For example, we provided her with the concerns of our previous site for N396 and she prepared samples of various methods to organize the site from her previous experience and had already started arranging some of the prior course materials in the new site so we could view samples of how content could be arranged and so we would have time to use some of the site tools so we could decide what would work best.  She is extremely meticulous which is evident by the organized Sakai site we now have for our students. She has taken time to re-do older version of the documents, which are templates for our students to fill out were sometimes difficult to work with because of all the revising that had been done. She re-typed and reformatted the documents so that the documents would be cleaned up and easy for us to use.

Tiffiany is always seeking new ways to make our jobs easier as faculty members. She lets us know when to expect things to be done but always has them done ahead of schedule. Tiffiany has an extremely positive attitude which is contagious. She is such a pleasure to work with and I have enjoyed getting to know her both as a person and as a professional. She has initiative and does not wait for a problem to surface but is proactive in preventing problems. Tiffiany is an exemplar in the staff assistant role and honestly she consistently performs above the level of this role. She should be teaching staff assistants on how to effective in this role. I am honored to be working alongside her."
