PhD student Gabrielle Harris led a research study that found that post-stroke depression was associated with more health care service use and fewer days at home after a stroke. She recently presented her findings at the International Stroke Conference in Los Angeles, California in a presentation entitled "Healthcare Transitions, Service Use, and Home-time Among Stroke Survivors with Depression."
