PhD student Mariam Kayle along with Paula Tanabe and Sharron Docherty publish an article entitled "Challenges in Shifting Management Responsibility From Parents to Adolescents with Sickle Cell Disease" in the Journal of Pediatric Nursing. Other authors included Dr. Shah from Duke School of Medicine and Dr. Baker-Ward from North Carolina State University.
