"It is my honor to nominate the members of the SAWAC team for the Commitment to Excellence Award.  I nominate individually and collectively Raymond Brisson, Najla McClain, Stefanie Conrad, Laverne Myers, Bonita Douglas, Julie Yamagiwa, Rometa Summerlin, Will Falls, Nanika Rhodes, and Denise Williams for their incredible work in planning and leading the October 26th staff retreat.  The amount of dedication, time, energy, effort, creativity, flexibility and down-right commitment to making DUSON an even better place to be and work is really heart-warming. A number of staff members have shared how meaningful the day was for them.  The program was great.  The chance to be together, meet colleagues we did not know or speak with often, and just chat may have been as important as the programming. SAWAC members, please accept my thanks for your leadership and an excellent retreat!" ~ David Bowersox, associate dean of Finance and Administration
