School of Nursing is Headed to Cuba and You're Invited

Duke University School of Nursing Associate Dean Dr. Michael Relf and MSc. Idalmis Infante-Ochoa, president of the Cuban Society of Nursing, invites you to join them for a unique opportunity in Cuba from March 27 - April 1, 2017. The trip is open to the entire Duke community and their family and friends.

The travel group will visit Cuba for the purpose of meeting with Cuban counterparts and learning about the role of Cuban nurses in health care delivery. The trip is being handled by Professionals Abroad, an organization that has arranged for teams of professionals representing the fields of medicine, law, education and more to meet with their counterparts around the globe for more than 20 years.

Participants can even extend their trip until April 4, 2017 for an additional fee. Interested in going to Cuba, but not in learning about Cuban health care. Then there's an option for you too.
