Staff member Denise Williams was recently promoted to Computing Facilities Specialist.

Williams joined the DUSON IT Service Desk team as a temporary employee in October 2014, then became a full-time Computer Technician III in March 2015. During her time at DUSON, she has received two Commitment to Excellence Awards and completed her master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Network and Communication Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Williams is also a Sergeant in the United States Army Reserves.

As a computing facilities specialist, Williams will be responsible for coordinating the DUSON network and server infrastructure support, monitoring network logs, day to day IT security operations, and providing advance support for all DUSON IT systems.
