"As a team, Tia, Ernie, and Jill planned and successfully executed the first DUSON – DUHS Duke Advancement Nursing Center for Excellence (DANCE) event – called the Nursing Career Development Expo held here at DUSON in June.  The team enthusiastically embraced this Dean’s Office project as their own, and worked for three months to plan and participate in the information session and school fair for over 150 DUHS nurses. The program aimed to encourage advancement and education among DUHS nurses."
