Terry Valiga was recently accepted as a mentor for a Scholar in the 2016-2017 cohort of Sigma Theta Tau’s Experienced Nurse Faculty Leadership Academy (ENFLA).

Valiga will mentor Dr. Susan Welch, associate professor and director of the EdD in Nursing Education program at the University of West Georgia.  The ENFLA is a 12-month leadership development experience designed to further the Scholar’s academic and personal leadership development, expand scholarly influence within the Scholar’s academic institution, and advance excellence in nursing education.
