Overview


Margaret “Peggy” Bush is a Clinical Professor in the School of Nursing. She has a PhD in Pharmacology and her current research involves study of the role of nitric oxide in malaria.  She is a licensed pharmacist with board certification in oncology pharmacy.  She has more than eighteen years' experience teaching pharmacology and holds graduate certification in E-Learning from NC State University. Prior experience includes clinical drug development in the areas of oncology and hematopoietic growth factors.  She earned a BS in Pharmacy from The Ohio State University, an MBA in Health Administration at Cleveland State University, and a PhD in Pharmacology from the School of Medicine, University of California, Los Angeles.
