The Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing Alumni Association presented Associate Professor Susan Schneider with the 2012 Award for Excellence at the Case Western Reserve University Nursing Alumni Luncheon on September 29.

Associate Professor Susan Schneider and team have submitted a subcontract application on a Fayetteville State University NIH R21 application entitled "The Effect of Acupressure on Constipation, Quality of Life, and Depressive Symptoms" requesting funding for a two-year period with a start date of April 1, 2013.

Associate Professor Susan M. Schneider has been appointed to a two-year term as chairperson of the American Cancer Society’s Peer Review Committee on Scholarships and Professorships in Oncology Nursing.
