DESCRIPTION:
myDesk is a virtual desktop, built on the Citrix platform, containing MS Office Suite, the SoN Share Drive, and some research software (access is on a request basis) without the need of using VPN.
HOW TO USE:
Requirement(s)
- Have a NetID
- Access to more than the MS Office Suite, EndNote and SoN Share Drive requires a request submission
Details
Participants of the NVivo, ATLAS.ti and SAS trainings may be directed to use this platform to access these software. Maestro Care and SAPlauncher can also be found in this platform.
Expectations
Files and information stored on the virtual desktop is in your personal view and remains there until deleted. Keep in mind, unless the file is added to the Share Drive, it will only be accessible through myDesk.
