Carter Represents DUSON, HEA at Society for Advancement of Hispanics/Chicanos and Native Americans in Science National Conference

Brigit Carter, PhD, RN, CCRN, represented the Duke University School of Nursing and the Health Equity Academy at the 2014 SACNAS (Society for Advancement of Hispanics/Chicanos and Native Americans in Science) National Conference in Los Angeles, California, October 16-18. The SACNAS National Conference motivates, inspires and engages participants to achieve their highest goals in pursuing education and careers in STEM fields. This year’s conference theme was Creativity, Vision & Drive: Toward Full Representation in STEM.
