Monserrat (Monse) Godinez Nepliouev is a Durham native and an alumnus of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Monse has worked extensively in the Durham area in regard to education access, and she is passionate about serving her community. She enjoys vegetable gardening, crafting, and spending time with her 2 fur babies.
