Attend the Diversity and Inclusion Kickoff Event Featuring Kenya Beard!

Duke University School of Nursing's Office of Diversity and Inclusion hosts its kickoff event on Monday, Feb. 18 with Kenya Beard, associate professor at CUNY School of Professional Studies and world-renowned advocate for health equity and implicit bias. 

The kickoff event features a motivational morning session "Taking Our Core Values Off the Wall: Amplifying the call for Diversity" at 10:45 in Pearson 1103 followed by dynamic workshops for staff and faculty "How to Operationalize Our Core Values: Developing guiding principles of Diversity & Inclusiveness" at 1 p.m in Pearson 1103.
