Biederman Invited Speaker for Affordable Housing Conference

Donna Biederman, associate professor, was an invited speaker for the 2019 "Housing Works!" Affordable Housing Conference in Raleigh. The event attracted more than 1100 attendees who work in affordable housing including developers and large property landlords. Beiderman's presentation "Health Through Housing: North Carolina Impacts Findings from Two Recent Research Studies" highlighted her recent work with DHA on a public housing eviction study as well as a recently published evaluation of a local medical respite pilot program (PMID: 30746762 DOI: 10.1111/phn.12589).
