Blending the Blues Held Spring Series at DUSON

Blending the Blues recently held it’s spring series entitled “IPE Faculty Development to Avoid the Tragedy of Miscommunication at End of Life.” The event was held in DUSON on May 8 and a diverse list of participants attended including individuals from nursing, medicine, social work, case managers, chaplains from Duke, UNC and Durham VAMC (with Duke Raleigh and LifeCare also sending participants). 

Blending the Blues is an inter-institutional, inter-professional collaborative effort between inter-professional faculty in the health professions at UNC and Duke (DukeAHEAD). Twice a year, UNC and Duke host an educational event relevant to educators and clinicians in the health affairs. The location of the events alternate between UNC and Duke.
