From the Business Office: Cost of Parking Increases at Raleigh-Durham Airport
From the School of Nursing Business Office:
Effective Monday, April 4, parking at the Raleigh-Durham Airport will increase. The airport will overhaul its parking system this spring. Daily and hourly rates still will be available, but the parking garage no longer will be split into daily and hourly sections. And starting May 1, travelers will be encouraged to avoid the top rates - saving $2 or $3 per day in the garage - by booking and paying for their parking online at parkrdu.com.
This will allow drivers to come to the airport assured that they have a place to park - even at the busiest times of the year. In addition, the ground floor of the garage - where about 1,100 spaces recently have been cleaned up and repainted - will be converted into a new premium-price zone called the ParkRDU Premier. This section will have an easy entrance, close access to both passenger terminals, and quick access to the exit gates.
