"We would like to recognize Jeffrey Clark as an outstanding staff member here at DUSON. While Jeffrey has been on permanent staff for a short time, he has made an impact in the OASS office going above and beyond. Prior to being hired, Jeffrey was with DUSON as a contract employee. Here he brought fresh energy and attitude to the service desk. Mr. Clark has demonstrated extreme patience, and put projects as a top priority without displacing the incoming work flow from the IT service desk. 

Most recently Jeffrey has worked tirelessly on getting all of the Admissions Officers rolled back to a different operating system due to the new applications. Each computer required a few days of attention and updates, this included taking some of the machines home so as not to impact the admissions process. With all of this tireless work he never appeared frustrated or impatient, with us or the system. He’s such a joy to work with.
