The Committee on the Future of Nursing 2020-2030 (under the auspices of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine) is holding a series of Town Hall events in preparation for their upcoming report that is expected to provide recommendations for how the nursing profession will “help our nation create a culture of health, reduce health disparities, and improve the health and well-being of the U.S. population in the 21st century."
The theme of the first Town Hall, held in Chicago on June 7, focused on nursing education, research and practice. Interested individuals can watch/listen to the Town Hall through this link.
