Staff member Julie Cusatis recently received her Master's of Education and Graduate Certificate in Training and Development from North Carolina State University. 

"What started as a strategy to fill the gap of an empty nest in a meaningful and productive way, evolved into an incredible opportunity to learn and grow," says Cusatis. "I was grateful to tap into the Duke Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program and continue my education when my son left for college. The NC State Masters and Certificate programs not only supported my personal and professional development, but challenged me to think deeply and apply what I was learning here at DUSON."
