​DUSON Community Health Improvement Partnership Program (D-CHIPP) recently launched their new website. On their website, users can learn about the goals of D-CHIPP, strategic activities and programs in the community. More features will soon be added including a calendar of events, links to affiliate with D-CHIPP and opportunities for community-based organizations to apply for small grants.
