Jennie De Gagne, associate professor; and Min-Ju Hong, former visiting scholar; recently published an article entitled "[Column] Do you have cybercivility?" in the Korean Nurses Association News.

The development of IT technology is moving the communication field of many people into cyberspace. E-mail and text communication have become the basic tools of all business, including education. They exchange opinions and information through social networks (SNS), and form new human relationships and cultures within them.

In the field of nursing education, the importance of learning and education in cyber space is increasingly emphasized. In order to achieve learning outcomes, various teaching methods such as e-learning and SNS are applied, and the use of social media for online cooperative learning and information sharing is increasing.
