De Gagne Gains Certification from Kirkpatrick Partners

Jennie De Gagne has recently been certified by Kirkpatrick Partners as a bronze level Kirkpatrick Professional. To get certified, candidates have to complete a pre-work packet, participate in a two-day in-person program or five online sessions and create and submit an effective program evaluation plan using the Kirkpatrick Model tools (i.e., The New World Kirkpatrick Model) that maximize business results and minimizes resources employed.

The Kirkpatrick's four-level model of evaluation is widely used both in research and organizational settings to measure the effectiveness of training and education.
