Jennie De Gagne, professor, led the Korean translation of a book entitled "Teaching in Nursing and Role of the Educator: The Complete Guide to Best Practice in Teaching, Evaluation, and Curriculum Development" co-authored by Marilyn Oermann, professor; and Beth Phillips, associate professor.

One of the co-translators is Dr. Sang Suk Kim, a former visiting scholar (2017-2018). The second edition book was published by Soomoonsa, one of the top academic presses in South Korea. The book is expected to help Korean nurse educators, administrators, and graduate students understand the full academic role, which encompasses effective teaching, curriculum development, evaluation and testing, and becoming a scholar in nursing education.
