Dean Vincent Guilamo-Ramos and Rosa Gonzalez-Guarda, associate professor, participated in the community COVID vaccination fair on September 11 at Wheels Fun Park Skating Rink. In addition to administering the vaccine and helping those who attended, Guilamo-Ramos and Gonzalez-Guarda served as Spanish translators for Spanish-speaking individuals who came to the event. COVID testing and resources were available at the event, and Duke Health and LATIN-19 were among partners for the event.
