DNP Alumna Little Presents at Association of Public Health Nurses National Conference

Susan LittleSusan Haynes Little, DNP '17 and DUSON Consulting Associate and D-CHIPP board member, recently participated in two presentations at the Association of Public Health Nurses national conference.

The first was as a panelist in a Workforce Development Showcase discussion about public health nursing residency and orientation models across the nation.  The second presentation addressed North Carolina's approach to helping local health departments meet administrative code that requires non-baccaulareate degreed registered nurses complete an introductory course in public health nursing within their first year of employment.
