In a red brick building that was once an elementary school, West Durham residents can visit the Lyon Park Clinic for their health care needs. On the opposite side of town, the Holton Wellness Center is located inside a career and resource center just steps away from patients’ homes. In a charming gray house that blends into the surrounding neighborhood, patients near Duke University’s East Campus can easily walk to the Walltown Neighborhood Clinic.
