Duke Family Medicine & Community Health Launches Certificate in Health Care Transformation

The Department of Family Medicine & Community Health is launching a new Certificate in Health Care Transformation program in Spring 2020 and is accepting applications. Through this one-year certificate program, learners will gain the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the rapidly evolving health care landscape; improve clinical, operational and business outcomes; and transform health care organizations to reach higher levels of performance.

The certificate program utilizes coursework from the department’s Master of Health Sciences in Clinical Leadership and would benefit a wide range of health care professionals, including administrators, clinical staff/faculty, and graduate or post-graduate trainees aiming to engage in health care transformation work.
