Getting on Track is your first step toward weight management and lifestyle change. Our nutrition, exercise, and behavioral health experts work with you to eliminate the typical frustration, confusion and deprivation that often accompany weight loss attempts.
Getting on Track
- 8 interactive classes on nutrition, exercise, and behavioral health
- Individualized nutrition and exercise prescriptions
- Weekly weigh-ins, exercise sessions and accountability check-ins with program staff
- Daily monitoring book and manual of information discussed
- Option to continue with one of our on-going support groups
- Discounted fee to join Duke Health and Fitness Center
Next Session
- Begins September 28th, 2017
- Thursdays: 5:15pm-8pm for 8 weeks
- Exercise for 60 minutes prior to class at Duke Health and Fitness Center from 5:15pm-6:15pm
Registration
- Due by September 20thth, 2017; space is limited
- $370 (10% discount for Duke employees and DHFC members) Three-installment payment plan available
