Getting on Track provides an integrative approach to weight management and lifestyle change. Our nutrition, exercise, and behavioral health experts’ work with participants to eliminate the typical frustration, confusion and deprivation that is often associated with weight loss. 10% discount for all Duke Employees and Duke Health and Fitness Center members.

8 week interactive classes on nutrition, exercise, and behavioral health

Individualized nutrition and exercise prescriptions

Weekly weigh-ins, exercise sessions and accountability check-ins with program experts

Daily monitoring book and manual of information discussed

Option to continue with one of our on-going support groups
