Duke Health Releases Coping Card

When you’re stressed out or under pressure, it can be easy to forget the basics: Breathe. Sleep. Eat well. Stay in the moment. Be kind to yourself. Reach out to other people.
That’s exactly why the Duke Health well-being team created a new resource, The Coping Card. The idea is to make it as easy as possible for all of us to take care of ourselves, especially in tough times.
The front contains quick tips to help you feel better right away, while the reverse lists additional resources for emotional and physical well-being, including support lines and a QR code that leads to the well-being website.
