Duke Health's "Checking in with You 2020” survey is now open. The goal of this short, confidential survey is to better understand how all Duke Health team members are holding up during this challenging year. 

Questions focus on the COVID-19 response and diversity and inclusion. The survey will stay open through Sunday, December 20. Responses will help guide our efforts to support the well-being and belonging of our team members.
