DUSON Celebrates Academic Team Members

ReceptionOn Thursday, January 16, the Institute for Educational Excellence and Academic Affairs hosted members of its extended team of educators for a reception to recognize and celebrate their contributions. Academic program leaders and key administrators shared gratitude for the indispensable role our part-time/adjunct educators (including consulting associates, clinical associates, and clinical instructors) play in preparing the next generation of transformational leaders in nursing. Dr. Val Howard, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, warmly welcomed our invited guests. Dr. Beth Phillips, Director of the Institute for Educational Excellence; Dr. Michelle Hartman, ABSN Program Director; and Dr. Anne Derouin, MSN Program Director, joined her in giving voice to the DUSON community’s appreciation for these valuable team members.
