DUSON Community Members Present at 2019 North Carolina Conference of Latin American Studies

rosa solorzanoAnne Derouin, associate professor; Rosa Solorzano, consulting associate; Lorie Kabugo-Musoke, MSN alumna and clinical instructor; and Dennis Clements, adjunct faculty and senior advisor of Duke Global Health Institute; recently participated in a panel entitled "Sorpresa! What We Learned in the Mountains of Hounduras" at the 2019 North Carolina Conference of Latin American Studies held at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 

Derouin presented on the topic "Nursing Across Multiple Levels of Prior Training and Experience," Solorzano presented on the topic "How Culture Changes Perspective," Kabugo-Musoke presented on the topic "What I Learned in Honduras Will Not Stay in Honduras," and Clements presented on topic "20 Years Later I am Still Learning While I Travel to Honduras."
