Benjamin Smallheer, assistant professor; Margie Molloy, assistant professor; and Brett Morgan, assistant professor; recently presented "Leading an Initiative to Address Gender-Associated Incivility in Nursing Education" at the Sigma Theta Tau International's (STTI) "Healthy Work Environments" conference in New Orleans. 

The conference was designed to help leaders in both academic and clinical settings develop, implement and maintain strategies that will improve their organization's work environment.
