DUSON Office of Diversity and Inclusion Sponsors Racial Equity Training Workshop

A dynamic two-day racial equity training workshop conducted by the nationally-renowned Racial Equity Institute (REI) will be open to administrators, faculty, and staff on Tuesday, October 15 and Wednesday, October 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The objective of the training is to serve as a first step in developing tools and vocabulary necessary to create a cultural shift and ultimately a cultural transformation of Duke into a place of racial equity. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Space is limited and a commitment to attending the full two-day training is required! If you are unable to fully commit to attending the entire two days, pass on this opportunity. Spaces will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Alumni of Phase I Training are encouraged to attend, especially if interested in attending Phase II, to be offered in 2020. Virtual participation is not available for this workshop.
